The mission of TotalVdubs.com is to let volkswagen enthusiasts in the Florida, Georgia and Alabama areas have a forum for questions and answers. Our goal is to create a more localized community for everything vdub. While we realize that www.thesamba.com is the go to site for Vdub owners, it is not geared toward the southeast and what is happening here. We hope to supplement this with TotalVdubs.com. Thanks for visiting and suggestions are welcomed to improve the site.
Volkswagen History
The place for vdub answers...
Literally, the word "volkswagen" means "people's car." In Germany, the idea of a people's car wasn't exactly a new one. Before the 1930's, there had been many efforts to create simple cars that everyone could afford, but none met with profound success.

TotalVdubs.com monthly cruise-in will be happening at Coney Island Drive Inn on the First Friday of the month. Come out and enjoy all the vdubs and their owners. There will be viewer's choice awards and fun for all.
